On one hand, that might be a good decision as there is no need to have a physical office and one can can choose any appealing jurisdiction on the planet. Russia. Currently, the ICO market in Russia is not legally regulated, but the government is taking steps to solve this problem. As follows from official statements, a law defining ICO procedure took effect on July 1, 2018 , after which ICO organizers have to publish information about the beneficiaries and their location, as well as the rights of the owners of tokens. Users who do not have the status of a qualified investor are able to invest in the course of one ICO no more than 50 thousand rubles, but the document does not impose any restrictions on the amounts that can be raised through this mechanism.
